Ramón is the founder of the firm and has over 30 years of uninterrupted experience. He specializes in International and EU Litigation, EU Commercial and Regulatory Law, and Spanish and EU Competition Law, where he regularly represents clients before the European Commission and the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC).
He also acts before the competent courts in cases related to competition issues, including mergers and antitrust cases (including abuse of dominant position and cartels). He provides support in competition law compliance to international clients and has experience in downraids, leniency matters and claims for damages.
He also has extensive experience in Corporate Law and advises on public procurement and Commercial Law. He acts for a variety of companies, trade associations, and governments in the following sectors:
Pablo is a Spanish lawyer registered with the Illustrious Bar Association of Valencia, with nearly 10 years of experience providing legal advice in different sectors. Master in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, he has worked for many years in the insurance sector, particularly maritime cargo insurance.
He currently advises clients in different fields of EU Law and Competition Law, both at European and national level. Additionally, his practice is focused on Maritime Law and Renewable Energies Law, sectors in which he has recognized training. In particular, he advises clients on various aspects of renewable electricity generation, its administrative issues, and the profitability of projects.
He also has strong ties with Latin America and work experience in the region, bringing knowledge and good relations with clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
