We have extensive experience in commercial and customs matters, advising on Customs Law and negotiations of trade agreements with the EU. We have experience representing clients in trade defense investigations before the European Commission. In addition, we advise on proceedings before the European courts in commercial matters, as well as compliance with certain EU policies and legislation and WTO rules.
Among other things, we advise on EU legislation applicable to different sectors, including regulatory requirements or import and export rules. We provide assistance in antidumping or safeguard investigations, as well as in the EU’s sanctions and anti-corruption regime.
In addition, we have deep experience in international fisheries regulation and procedures for protection against illegal fishing.

Representing an Australian banking institution in the EU’s sanctions regime related to Iran for the issue and renewal of a bank guarantee.
